UK DJ Link Up – Event Review

Today we attended the first #UKDJLinkUp in London organised by DJ Play of DJCity.co.uk and Mr Play of Play Entertainment. The event was a huge successes and saw over 50 DJ’s from all over the country meet inside a Nandos for a spot of lunch, some networking and a of laughs.

There was a nice vibe throughout the entire event and it was great to see so many talented DJ’s in one place. We feel that events like this are a positive thing for the UK music scene and would encourag others to stage similar events. The DJ’s were predominately from the urban music scene however there were a few electronic music DJ’s in attendance. It was also nice to see that some of the bigger DJ’s playing for commercial stations made the effort to come down and network.
