Ive just got in from a gig, nothing new there – we spend a pretty abnormally high proportion of our time at music events but this one was pretty special as it was on the London Eye! The gig was the first of 24 gigs that the ex-Streets singer Leo the Lion is staging in 24 hours for the Princes Trust.

Leo and his band plan to go and on perform inside the London Dungeons, aboard a RIB boat as it bounces down the Thames, in a prison cell in South London and even at Smithfield’s meat market whilst Leo battles with rush hour traffic, pre-Olympic road closures, costume changes and drummer tantrums to complete his task within the 24-hour time limit.
He will be joined by many special guests along the way and hopes to raise as much money for charity as possible along the way. We would like to wish Leo and team all the best and will try and catch them at the final gig tomorrow evening!
We must also give a massive shout out to Firgas at Raw Material for hooking it up and photographer Jey Flash who is also in for the long haul and kindly gave us some cool beads from Urban Revival LDN!
