Introduce yourself and tell us about the part of the UK you’re from?

I’m a 21-year-old house DJ/Producer from Birmingham. I got into djing when I was 12 years old and naturally progressed onto producing when I was around 14.

Can you tell us a bit about what you’ve been working on recently?

I have been working on multiple tracks at the moment including collabs and solo tracks. I’m also working on a new EP.  I recently brought a Roland TB3 and a Korg Microkorg Synth so I’ve been experimenting with these in my new tracks.

And can you talk us through the mix?

The mix I have put together are tracks that I am feeling a lot at the moment, and for people who don’t know who I am yet this mix is a mix representing my style and the kind of tracks I like to play

Nice, talk us through the British music featured in this mix? Which British artists are you most excited about?

The British music included in this mix are tracks from myself, an artist called Vodex who I’ve know for quite a while now as we both went down the same path in the music scene we were both involved in. I am m really feeling his new style and the tracks he’s been making at the moment. I’ve also included a track from Chris Lorenzo another producer I personally know and have seen in action in the studio, this guy is consistently putting out bangers.

Cool, tell us about some of your British musical Heroes and influences in general?

Come to think of it I don’t have a specific ‘DJ Hero’ although DJ EZs djing style will always interest me, I feel myself being inspired by many different British artists whether it be a deep tech artist to a bass artist, there’s so much good music being produced from the UK at the moment I find myself taking inspiration from here, there and everywhere.

Great and what’s on the cards in the immediate future?

At the moment I am finishing of the EP I’ve got planned, then I am going to push on getting that released on a record label. I am also planning to push on getting guest mixes on more radio platforms such as BBC 1xtra to spread my sound and continue to build my fanbase.

And finally, where is the best place in the world you have performed and why?

Out of all the places I have played I would have to say one of my favourite places I have played was a place called Petrol in Antwerp, Belgium. The club had a proper underground warehouse feel and it was the 2nd time I had been booked to play abroad to a crowd of 1000+ and the vibe was unreal.
