Hello we are Phoria, we are from Brighton.
Can you tell us a bit about what you’ve been working on recently?
On our debut album Volition.
Which British artists excite you?
Everything Everything, Elbow, Radiohead, Jon Hopkins, Jai Paul, James Blake, James Vincent McMorrow, Glass Animals, Alt-J.
Cool, tell us about some of your British DJ heroes?
We haven’t got any DJ heroes to tell you the truth. We mostly like bands and solo artists but we do enjoy artists doing a DJ set.
Great and what’s on the cards in the immediate future?
Acquire a new van and set off on the road
And finally, where is the best place in the world you have performed and why?
We’ve played all sorts of incredible venues but haven’t DJ’d outside of our own party circuit… yet!
