Printworks is coming, and it looks seriously impressive.
Canada Water will soon be home to a new 5000 capacity multi-use venue. The fully licensed site is easily accessed on the tube (which is now 24 hours with NightTube) and has six seperate event spaces on multiple levels.
The venue will be more than a nightclub offering arts, fashion, film, food, immersive theatre, dance and more. Printworks was, as the name suggests, originally a printing facility and there is a real warehouse / industrial feel to the whole space.
The music is to be programmed by LWE, (we caught up with them in a recent interview). LWE are currently also the exclusive promoters of London’s Tobacco Dock and run Junction 2 Festival so that might give some idea of the kind of music you can expect.
