The Freaks Are Back!

The London based label, Music For Freaks will return with it’s first EP since 2009.

Music for Freaks was a popular London based imprint active between 1999 and 2009 founded by Luke Solomon and Justin Harris (aka. The Freaks). The label has been home to great music from artists including Freaks, Rob Mello, Kenny Hawkes and many more. The label will return next month with it’s first EP in 6 years. For the re-launch Luke Solomon and Justin Harris have enlisted the remixing skills of Tuff City Kids and Ricardo Villalobos.

 

Tuff City Kids & Villalobos will re-vist MFF classics and a previously unreleased edit of the Freaks track, ‘Instrument’ will also be included in the package.

 

The EP, ‘Let’s Do It Again Part 1’ will be released on September 25th, 2015 on vinyl and a digital release will follow soon after.

Following the first EP, MFF have announced they will be digging further into the archive and will be releasing several more re-works and unreleased originals . It is reported that Soul Clap, Argy, Honey Dijon, The Martinez Brothers, Wolf & Lamb and many more are soon to feature on Music For Freaks releases.
