Traktor DJ App
The Traktor DJ App has been around for the iPad (there is also an iphone version) since 2013. Since it first launched, the brilliant team at Native Instruments have continued to improve the apps and stay ahead of the competition with professional standard features and a brilliant, intuitive interface.
NI have gone against the grain with this app and instead of creating virtual turntables or job wheels, users interact directly with the waveforms of the track. Not only does it work better than most of the other apps we have tried, it’s also super-fun to use!
Cross DJ Pro
Cross DJ Pro isn’t the slickest app of this list, but it does have one HUGE advantage over most of the other best DJ Apps in the market, you can mix music directly from Soundcloud.
We also love all the filters and effects on this app, it’s a great fun app and works on both phones and tablets.
EDJ – (CDJ Alternative)
Got a mixer but no CDJ’s, this could be the solution. Plug your iPad in and turn it into a fully function CDJ with WAV form displays, jog wheels, cue buttons and more!
Serarto Pyro (Automatically Mix Your Music from Spotify!)

Last but by no means list we have one of our favourite DJ apps. The edjing Pro, this great app is packed full of features. It’s a little bit more complicated than the rest but offers more control and features than pretty much any other DJ app around.
Import your music or stream tracks from Deezer or Soundcloud and get into the mix. This is probably the best app to choose if you want to get a little more serious about your mixing skills!
