The past 12 months have witnessed young German producer Kevin Over really blossom as his string of impeccable releases have not ceased to continue. Kevin ended 2012 with a release on colossal Danish house label Noir, and while we’re still waiting for another full EP release, he has took time out to produce a track to feature on Noir’s 7th edition of the Second Chances and New Romances compilation. ‘Jack Back’ is a forthright reminder that we shouldn’t be forgetting Kevin’s name any time soon. A weighty bassline pulses throughout a commanding vocal loop, forming a peak time track that will take you into the early hours. The Second Chances and New Romances will be due out next month but in the mean time you can preview Kevin’s track on the Soundcloud player below.
