As part of this years IMS conference in Ibiza, Mark Lawrence (CEO at Association for Electronic Music) hosted a panel looking at how we can change the issues around diversity in dance music. The panel kicks off with some hard hitting facts about how women are represented in the industry and turns in to a fascinating discussion about the perception of women in electronic music.
