Disclosure have shared their new single ‘You & Me’ which was premiered by Annie Mac on Radio1 earlier tonight, it will be released on April 28th ahead of their debut album, ‘Settle’ which will be out on June 3 through PMR Records, preceded by a singles EP on April 30 which will come out on Cherrytree / Interscope.
