HiddenOutsideTheBox! (AKA H.O.T.) is the next major talent being released through Downing Street Records. The ‘French House/Alternative Electro’ DJ/Producer from Cardiff has been building a presence live and online, experimenting with futuristic sounds and boutique electronic song-writing. He was noticed after seeing an independent release by himself ‘I Want You Back’ reach top 20 in the Reverbnation charts.
After signing to the independent label in early 2012, his first release came with UK grime megastar, ‘Tempa T’, in the form of a House Remix for sale on his ‘Say It Right Now’ EP. It received critical acclaim from blogs/magazines such as SB.TV, MTV WrapUp & more…spins from DJs such as the Firin’ Squad (Choice FM) & Zane Lowe (Radio 1). He also achieved a placement for one of his productions on the official ‘Intel’ advert.
August 2013, H.O.T. reignited the French House scene in the UK, hitting back with the 1st single ‘Gimme Luv’ taken from his EP entitled ‘Hidden’, reaching support from Kiss100 & BBC introducing.
‘WhoRUTalking2?’ follows, boasting catchy lyrics, and a feet shuffling beat that will pop off any club or daytime radio set.
