ABOUT THIS PLAYLIST
I was one of those people who thought nothing could ever calm me down. I would take a Xanax and it would make me feel better but still anxious, or take some Advil and it would help my headache but not do much for anxiety. I put this playlist to help with my anxiety. Hopefully it will help you!
