Mihalis Safras is back to Skint again, with a two track special simply titled “Papa / Jaga”. Taking in influences from close friends & local peers such as CJ Jeff & Thodoris Triantafillou, the Greek don opens up with some bolted percussion over a swelling inclination before slamming hi-hats pick up to a drifting synth line that surges through for the entirety.
“Jaga” picks up from where “Papa” left off and loosens up the claps for a more power thirsty drive to the dance floor, fuelled by Material horse power, rolling baselines and expertly manipulated vocals. This energetic groove is the perfect example of Safras’ aptitude in the studio.
The EP is to be released on the 31st of March exclusively on Beatport.
