Expertly curated by Optimo’s JD Twitch, Autonomous Africa has featured African inspired club music from the likes of Twitch, Auntie Flo and Midland. Proceeds from sales go towards a number of charities supporting African concerns. Likewise we shall be making a donation from the proceeds of this event. Joining JD Twitch and Auntie Flo as AA, we have a special guest appearance from the awesome The Busy Twist, who have carved a die hard following worldwide for their UK take on Ghanaian and Colombian local sounds. With solid support from Kartel principle Bagheera, as we take Corsica’s legendary sound system on a journey through Afro House, Kwaito, Afrobeat, Highlife and plenty more tropical sounds inspired by the continent.
