On 5th October, SoulCloud are excited to announce their Opening Party at a secret East London location. With a whole host of special guests including some of the most credible artists and emerging new talent, this is one not to be missed.

SoulCloud was founded by two friends Jozef and Tom, sharing the same goal they strive to bring something new and fresh to the London underground party scene. Born and raised in a small town by the Baltic Sea, Tom has spent years travelling through the most amazing European cities. While experimenting with sounds he has developed a passion for music and wanting to express his creativity he started to DJ. He’s already performed in amazing and secret venues in his home country Poland and London, as well as co- running the brand. Jozef continues to push himself at the forefront of the music scene as a well respected promoter taking SoulCloud in the right direction.

With their aspirations driven by their deep rooted passion for electronic music, they hope to provide a special, memorable clubbing experience. Representing more than just your average party they prove that their nights are not just about the DJ. With their key focus on the audience, they want every partygoer to feel special and involved. Together combined with their vast experience and knowledge within the music industry over the years, they are in a solid position to mark their stamp on the London party scene. The main principle behind the SoulCloud parties are to showcase rare, local and international DJ’s as well as new talent in unique and intimate underground spaces. Pushing the boundaries with their sound, they take on a hedonistic approach by embracing a broader musical vision within the house genre. Their music policy runs from classic to deep house, yet keeping an edge on the events nu- disco and progressive house are set to be weaved into the mix.

The Event

Heading up the bill of the Opening Party on 5th October they have one of the most exciting artists of the underground dance scene Martin Roth. With playing at some of the leading parties across the globe from D- Edge in Brazil and Ministry of Sound in London, he ensures he is at the head of the music scene. His distinctive style brings a fresh insight into deep and tech house with his ever-expanding palette of beats. With his music being championed by some of the leading names in electronic music from Sasha to John Digweed, he has established himself a worthy reputation.

Formerly known under his alias Solo, Stefano Ritteri has been responsible for his impressive remixes for the likes of Depeche Mode and Underworld and has now gone on to release music on top labels such as Defected, Exploited and Pets Recordings. Born in Rome, Italy, music has been a driving force in Ritteri’s life since a young age. Continuing to explore new sounds he delves into all genres of music, refusing to define himself by one sound he strives to create something fresh. His commitment to playing new music is evident, so expect to be taken on a musical journey with his unpredictable, diverse track selection.

Securing the sounds is Hannah Holland, she is set to bring her eclectic mix to the table. Showcasing some serious home grown talent, her goal is firmly set on delivering some of the most forward thinking music of recent years. By fusing her hybrid sound from house, techno and bass she constantly delivers cutting edge sets. Having headlined respected parties around the world from Fabric, Amnesia and Glastonbury her name has firmly been placed on the map.

Karl Mark is not just one of the leading, most influential DJs in his home country Poland and it’s capital Warsaw, but he has also been involved in organising and performing as an artist in projects such as Global Underground or at the most famous underground house music events held at “Piekarnia” which attracts not just local electronic music lovers, but also people from all over the world. Karl is also a host at Elementary Pieces which is known to be one of the most profound, best house music party in the polish capital as well as hosting the night called Posh Night with Pete Gooding and Jim Rivers. He also collaborated with Polish artist such as Simon Matson, Peres, Jacob A. or Glasse to name a few.

Jozef and Tom are presently working on a party for November, which will have an equally high-quality line up as the Opening Party. 2014 is shaping up to be a very exciting year for SoulCloud, currently engaged in talks with an established international artist who is rumoured to play a very rare set, the future is looking promising. Bringing together a forward-thinking line-up they lay down the foundations that will help shape their presence in London’s club culture. Continuing to push their innovative approach that is defined by a relentless attitude towards creativity, this is the beginning of the future.
