Introduce yourself and tell us about the part of the UK you’re from?

Hey, I’m Alex Adair. I am a music producer from a region in the U.K. called West Sussex. I live in the countryside, out in the middle of nowhere. So it’s very peaceful and tranquil.

Can you tell us a bit about what you’ve been working on recently?

I’ve mainly been focusing on original material, getting the next few singles done. That’s been going really well, and I’m excited for people to hear them.

And can you talk us through the mix?

The mix contains tracks from four of my favourite British producers at the moment; Blonde, Gorgon City, Jax Jones and Duke Dumont. And the tracks I have put in are my favourite tracks that they’ve done. The songs all have a summer feel to them, which is apparent through my own songs.

Cool, tell us about some of your British musical Heroes and influences in general?

Pete Tong, Paul Oakenfold and Carl Cox have to be up there. They have been instrumental in the rise of Djing globally, taking it above and beyond what anyone could have imagined.

Great and what is on the cards in the immediate future?

The second single should hopefully be finished and ready to go soon. So that’s something I’m excited about. Also, I’m pretty new to DJ-ing, so that’s starting to pick up for me, and I’m looking forward to playing some big shows this summer

And finally, where is the best place in the world you have peformed and why?

As aforementioned, I haven’t been DJ-ing for long at all, but my favourite set so far has been at The Electric in Brixton, UK. It’s the biggest venue I’ve played at, and I was supporting Klingande, who I’m a massive fan of. So that was really enjoyable for me.
