Introduce yourself and tell us about the part of the UK you’re from?
Robbie is from London and Ed from Gloucestershire
What have you been working on recently?
We have been doing lots of writing and experimenting in the studio and we have quite a few remixes dropping this month. Also we produced Sasha Keable’s second EP.
Excellent and talk us through the mix?
We wanted to keep the mix fresh and give it a mainly UK oriented sound as that’s the scene we’ve come from, starting off with some of the more musical remixes and then going in to the deeper sounds along the way.
Lovely and talk us through some of the British music featured?
There’s so much great music coming out of the UK at the moment and such a wide variety within dance music. We love what TCTS is putting out at the moment. He puts lots of musicality in his tunes, which is always welcome. We’re always excited to see a new Glimpse release appear in our inbox, he never fails to provide the goods! XYConstant is a great young talent as well, lots of bounce in all the releases he’s put out.
Some great artists were there any British DJ’s or producers that influenced you in the beginning?
DJ Marky and DJ EZ; immensely talented but also you can tell they love being up on the decks!
Amazing, so what is on the cards in the immediate future?
We’ve just put up a clip on Soundcloud of our first single which we’re excited about and then this month we have a lot of remixes in the pipeline and hopefully a lot more gigs as a result!
And finally where is the best place in the world you have DJ’d and why?
Have to say Fabric for its legendary status and for it being in London. But playing on top of a bus in Heidelberg with the best sound system was good fun too.
