If you’re looking for something a little off the beaten trail of the European festival circuit this summer may we present to you the first outing for new Dutch festival, Dekmantel.
Having already established itself as a prolific soundsystem and party amidst the Dutch capital’s electronic scene. Dekmantel is situated just outside the glorious city and plays host to the likes of Resident Advisor, Boiler Room, Red Bull Academy and FACT mag – offering up the best in Leftfield electronic music today, with an absolute belter of a line-up.
Across a 2 day long bonanza between the 23rd-24th August, the festival will present us with an eye catching selection of some of the biggest acts including Joy Orbison, Four Tet (Live), Midland, John Talabot and Scuba to name a few.
The event will take place in the leafy green surroundings of Amsterdamse Bos (Amsterdam Forest), and as far as we are told, it will be an intimate, small scaled festival in order to suit the style of music curated. As a result Dekmantel has limited the festival to only 5000 tickets, so grab them while you can.
