After the success of last year’s debut Emerging Ibiza, the exciting music and artist discovery platform is back bigger and better than ever in 2015. The main EI Festival will take place between May 26th and 30th at several top Ibiza venues including Ibiza Rocks, Zoo Project, Ocean Beach, Sankeys and Ushuaia Tower.
Emerging Ibiza has now established itself as a place where electronic music lovers can come and discover the next big thing, in the finest settings, right at the heart of the dance world that is Ibiza. Last year, the platform can truthfully claim to have helped catapult stars such as Patrick Topping, Mark Jenkyns, Detlef and Anek to the next level of their now glittering careers.
Each event of the May Emerging Ibiza Festival will be curated by a different expert, with their Emerging Talents all lining up alongside them. Of course, just like last year, there will also be a Wild Card entry that Capital XTRA supports this year. Last year’s Wild Card winner was 16-year-old Don Dewar who is now signed to EI Music and is shooting up through the ranks, thereby proving that EI is good to its word!
Eight of the most popular online and Emerging Ibiza Festival performers are given the chance to play a month of residencies in Ibiza during June, July, August and September, whilst the EI website itself will also be an essential hub of musical activity throughout summer.
