Oval Space will open a new 250 capacity London venue called ‘The Pickle Factory’ in October.
The team behind London’s Oval Space will open their new venue, ‘The Pickle Factory’ in October. The venue is much smaller (250 capacity) and will boost a state of the art sound system by German company d&b audiotechnik. There will also be an outdoor space. The space which is situated just across the way from the main Oval Space venue. It was originally taken over by the Oval Space team in 2013 but has only been used for pop-up events and private hires until now.
Not many details have been announced yet but the venue has confirmed that they will be programming Friday nights in house with “plenty of unannounced guests, no more than three artists per night, and all-night long sets as standard.” Saturdays will see the venue taken over by various London promoters on rotation and live shows will happen midweek.
