Is the Ibiza season about to get three weeks longer following David Vincent’s announcement?
If Sankeys owner, David Vincent has his way the Ibiza season is about to get three weeks longer. Vincent plans to open his venue for the season on May 1st, three weeks before the normal Sankey’s opening party which traditionally happens on the first day of Ibiza’s International Music Summit.
Weather the other high profile clubs will follow suit remains to be seen but it’s good to see Sankeys pushing things forward and trying to make a difference to the islands traditional summer program. The news was announced in a Facebook post where David VIncent described the move as ‘a challenge’, read it below..
