Rumours are flying all over the internet today that Twitter are considering a deal to buy music platform, Soundcloud.
After Twitters recent attempts to break the music industry with #Music it is no surprise they are still keen on gaining market share in this area. Soundcloud reportedly has 250 million+ members and is without doubt one of the leading online platforms for music.
The company was recently valued at more than $700 million, if Twitter were to buy at this price it would be by far their biggest ever acquisition.
Is this the end of ad-free music streaming on Soundcloud?
